Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated successful sourcing and recruitment skills for Primary Care Providers.
• Experience with Skilled Nursing facility environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet goals with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies to fill provider positions.
• Prequalifies candidates and conducts interviews through final negotiations with providers.
• Maintains provider relationships and coordinates with client operations and hiring managers.
• Creates and updates recruitment materials and reports metrics and KPIs.
