Job summary

Baltimore Medical System (BMS) is seeking a Primary Care Provider (MD/DO or AP) to deliver comprehensive, long-term care to adults 18+. The role may be filled by FM/IM physicians, FNPs, or PAs and includes a stable daytime schedule.

A Primary Care Provider (PCP) provides comprehensive, long-term care to an adult patient population, ages 18 and older. The provider diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in a primary care setting and provides appropriate medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. The PCP also provides medical services to patients within an assigned service area and coordinates discharge planning with the Case Manager for admitted patients.

This position may be filled by a Family Medicine (FM) Physician, Internal Medicine (IM) Physician, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Physician Assistant (PA).

Hours:

• Mon, Tues, Wed, & Fri - 8 AM to 5 PM
• Thursday - 10 AM to 7 PM (late day)
