OHSU in Portland, Oregon seeks a clinician to provide culturally affirming primary and behavioral health care within an integrated student health clinic. You will evaluate, treat, and coordinate care for diverse patients including students, postdocs, and adult dependents, documenting in the EHR and participating in quality improvement and CME activities.

Responsabilités

• Provide culturally affirming primary and behavioral health care to OHSU students, postdoctoral fellows and adult dependents at an integrated student health clinic.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions, coordinate referrals and care, document in the electronic health record, and participate in clinic quality improvement and CME activities.
• Provide direct primary care and culturally affirming care to a diverse patient panel.
• Interpret patient histories, physical examinations and clinical data to create treatment plans and referrals.
• Provide reproductive health care, minor dermatologic and sports medicine procedures, and travel health care.
• Evaluate and treat behavioral health diagnoses, eating disorders, and acute and chronic illnesses.
• Order laboratory tests and imaging, and manage blood and body fluid exposures.
• Maintain timely electronic health records and complete care coordination, clinic meetings, quality improvement and CME duties.

Provide culturally affirming primary and behavioral health care to OHSU students, postdoctoral fellows and adult dependents at an integrated student health clinic.
