The University of Oregon's Student Health Services seeks a healthcare professional to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and/or prescribe care for students in primary care clinics, working independently and with the health team.

Reporting to the Medical Director, this role emphasizes mental health, reproductive health, and infectious disease, with a focus on quality, safety, and inclusive care. Licensing requirements must be met by start date.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds in an inclusive environment.
• Experience in primary care clinics with continuity and acute care support.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and quality improvement.
• Proficiency with common primary care procedures (laceration repair, wound care, I&D, splinting).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat and/or prescribe health care for students in primary care clinics.
• Collaborate with the Health Services team and lead physician on care plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, immunizations, and safety policies.
