The Physician serves as a healthcare professional capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. The work involves moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Responsibilities include maintaining medical histories and records, referring patients to specialists as needed, and influencing departmental strategy. The role involves making decisions on complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components, often working independently with significant latitude in determining objectives and approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of technical experience
• State licensure requirements met
• Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program
• Preferably with Internal Medicine specialty
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• This role is patient-facing and part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Screening will be required if selected.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Pay Range: $203,400 - $299,500 annually, varies by location and experience
