Complete Health in Westminster, Colorado is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join our outpatient practice. You will provide preventive care and manage chronic diseases for adults in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with a supportive team including Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and administrative staff, and benefits such as sign-on and relocation assistance, PTO and CME allowance,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• FM or IM residency completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in family medicine or internal medicine.
• Active or eligible state medical license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adults in a Westminister, CO practice.
• Focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and administrative staff to deliver value-based care.
