Job summary

CareMore Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in CareMore clinics and related settings, supporting value-based care, preventive medicine, and integrated teams.

The role includes care for complex patients, documentation in EMR, HIPAA compliance, and opportunities for hospital rounding. A flexible schedule with four 10-hour shifts is possible.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care across broad primary care needs.
  • Deliver preventive and chronic disease care with outcome focus.
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up to avoid avoidable ED visits/hospitalizations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and communicate effectively.
