Commonwealth Primary Care, Inc. is seeking a part-time Physician (16-24 hours per week) for our Extended Care location. Weekday hours are 9 am to 5 pm, with weekend hours 9 am to 2 pm. Providers are scheduled for two weekend shifts per month.

The ideal candidate enjoys developing strong patient relationships and delivering quality medicine in an independent practice model. Board eligible or certified; experience in primary care preferred. Competitive salary, benefits including a 401(k) plan.

• Engage in direct patient care by: Performing physical, mental status, and medical history examinations, and recording findings
• Ordering and interpreting laboratory studies and examinations to determine treatment, and ordering medication and other forms of treatment.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Certification.
• Experience in a Primary Care setting preferred.
