Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks an experienced Physician to provide high-quality primary care to an adult patient population in an outpatient setting. This part-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities include evaluations, management of acute and chronic conditions, medication management, preventive care, and coordination of referrals, all while maintaining accurate EHR documentation and teamwork with clinicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Physician license in Kentucky.
• Outpatient primary care experience.
• Experience treating adult patients.
• EPIC experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adult patients.
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment and follow-up plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor ongoing needs.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Order and interpret tests as appropriate.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists.

We are seeking an experienced Physician to provide high-quality primary care services to an adult patient population in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent part-time opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

Part-Time

Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

No holidays

No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients.

Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and routine primary care visits.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

Develop and implement appropriate treatment and follow-up plans.

Prescribe medications and manage ongoing medication needs as appropriate.

Provide preventive care, health education, and patient counseling.

Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing.

Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when specialty services are needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.

Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Physician license in the state of practice.

Primary Care experience required.

Experience working with an adult patient population required.

EPIC experience required.

Experience with an on-site medication dispensary preferred but not required.

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare team.

Position Highlights

This position offers a predictable part-time schedule focused exclusively on Primary Care, with no Occupational Health responsibilities. The patient population is adults only, with no pediatric care required. There are also no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
