Bookmark Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our Allston, MA group. This full-time position offers a base salary range of $220,000 to $375,000 plus incentives.

The role supports 30 hours or more per week in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with advanced tools for documentation and care coordination. Bring your experience in Family or Internal Medicine, MA license, and comfort with new technology to a team that values innovative, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician is preferred
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Massachusetts Medical License
• Comfortable using new technology and software
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care
