Bookmark Medical is hiring an Experienced Primary Care Physician in Haverhill, MA. We offer a competitive annual base salary of $220,000 to $375,000 plus performance-based incentives, with a value-based approach and strong support for providers.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in FM/IM.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain licensure before employment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff in a team-based primary care setting.
• Experience using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management.
• Perform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments as appropriate.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Educate patients on preventive health, disease management, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, specialists, and other care team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and complete documentation in the electronic health record.
• Follow established clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices to support quality patient outcomes.
