The VIOS Clinic is seeking a Staff Physician to deliver high-quality primary care across multiple clinics within a patient-centered medical home model. You will provide comprehensive adult and pediatric care, support a collaborative care team, and ensure coordinated, evidence-based care within an integrated system.

Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills in prevention, chronic disease management, and urgent care, with a commitment to health equity and community wellness.

Formación

• Clinical expertise in primary care for adults and/or pediatrics.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered team.
• Proficiency with EHR documentation and clinical workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive adult and/or pediatric care, including preventive services, urgent care, and chronic disease management.
• Supervise support staff and coordinate patient flow to ensure effective team-based care.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and dental providers to support integrated care.
• Document clinical encounters and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement activities to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.
• Deliver culturally competent care that advances health equity and community wellness.
