Job summary

Community Health Centers of America seeks an MD/DO to work in contracted skilled nursing facilities in the greater Sacramento, CA area. Must supervise NP/PAs, diagnose and treat patients in SNF settings and maintain comprehensive medical records.

Qualifications

• Residency completed
• MD/DO license (California)
• DEA certificate required
• 3 years’ physician experience
• Current BLS and/or ACLS

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients in SNF settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescriptions.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment results.
• Supervise NP/PAs as requested.
• Maintain medical records and treatment summaries.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and other health professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulations.
