Axis Community Health is seeking a Physician to deliver direct medical ambulatory services within primary care. The role requires CA licensure, board eligibility or certification, and strong documentation in EHR systems.

The ideal candidate will have an MD/DO/MBBS, completed residency, and be able to work collaboratively with MAs, RNs, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Bilingual English-Spanish is highly desirable and will support diverse patient needs.

Formación

• MD, DO, or MBBS from a recognized university.
• Residency in primary care or related specialty completed.
• California medical license in good standing and active DEA license.
• Board certification or eligibility with scheduled exam date.
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Bilingual English-Spanish highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ambulatory medical services in primary care, including exam, diagnosis, treatment, referrals and follow-up.
• Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment and prognosis.
• Maintain complete, accurate medical records per policy timelines.
• Participate in call schedules and provide medical triage as required.
