**The Opportunity**
We seek a certified or soon-to-be certified Internal or Family Medicine Physician interested in joining an employer-based clinic dedicated to enhancing the care delivery experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing a diverse patient panel, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits.
- Providing in-office, testing center, and occasional telehealth care.
- Participating in weekly clinical rounds and continuous learning.
- Collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.
- Performing in-office procedures and supervising NP or PA colleagues.
**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
- Practiced for at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within a year.
- Licensed in California before start date.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.
