Akido Labs, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a physician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting across Rhode Island.

You will provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan and collaborate with care teams using modern care models and technology. The role involves seeing 16–20 patients daily, managing a panel, preventive and chronic care, with opportunities for in-office procedures and after-hours call coverage in a

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Hold an active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a broad range of primary care conditions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in a team-based, technology-enabled care environment.
• Interest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Incorporate in-office procedures based on experience and interest (optional).
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available).
• Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment.

RIPC Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-led medical group delivering high-quality, value-based care in a fully outpatient setting. $250,000—$275,000 USD
