Position Overview

Optum California, part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, is seeking Full-Time or Part-Time Primary Care Physicians to join our team in Torrance, CA. Position Highlights

1. Full-Time or Part-Time Physicians
2. Quality vs. Quantity Model – typically see around 18–20 patients per day
3. Scheduled weekly administrative time (~40 mins per day)
   • 40 min for new patient visits, 20 min for follow-ups
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers
5. Dedicated support staff to allow clinicians to practice at full scope
6. Outpatient only; no call or urgent care shifts required. Optional urgent care shifts for additional pay.
7. Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with no nights or weekends

Additional Information
