WelbeHealth, LLC. is seeking Primary Care Physicians to provide value-based, comprehensive care for Medicare/ Medi-Cal participants in Fresno, CA. The role emphasizes in-depth patient relationships, home visits, and a team-based approach to care.
Base salary plus quarterly bonus is offered within a broad rewards package including 401(k) match, comprehensive health coverage, and opportunities to advance to medical director. Workdays are 8am–5pm, with rotating on-call and dedicated home visits.

We are seeking Primary Care Physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Geriatrics. Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants. Board certification preferred.
