WelbeHealth is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver life-changing, community-based care to our vulnerable seniors within a value-based PACE program. You will build long-term relationships with patients, coordinate discharges, and lead comprehensive assessments with an interdisciplinary team.
You will work regular hours 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday, with home visits and rotating on-call duties. Relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, and a strong benefits package are included as part of

We are seeking Primary Care Physicians in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Geriatrics. Must be eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi‑Cal participants. Board certification preferred.
