Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Per Diem, Adult (18+) Primary Care physician for outpatient coverage in Thomaston, Connecticut. The role features weekday hours with no weekends and no on-call obligations, enabling flexible start and end times within a fully integrated care model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted CT medical license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Provide adult outpatient primary care (18+) in Thomaston, CT
• Weekdays, Per Diem; no weekend call
• Work within an integrated care model
• utilize EPIC EMR, Dragon, and Ambient AI as part of clinic workflows
