Qualifications

• Board-certified Primary Care Physicians with experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics sought.
• Eligibility for Medicare and Medi-Cal enrollment is required.
• Board-eligible candidates are welcome to apply.
