Job summary

Ade Medical Group in the United States is seeking a compassionate Physician (M.D.) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team at a single outpatient location.

You will conduct comprehensive visits, develop patient-centered care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with other providers to ensure high-quality care. We welcome experienced clinicians and new graduates who value meaningful patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited M.D. program.
• Active, unrestricted, state medical license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and diagnose patients in an outpatient clinical setting.

We welcome experienced providers as well as new graduates who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with their patients and improving health outcomes.

Position Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and diagnose patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Conduct comprehensive office visits and follow-up appointments.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment and care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
• Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

Physician Candidates

• Graduate of an accredited M.D. program.
• Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state medical license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nurse Practitioner Candidates

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or completion of an accredited NP certificate program.
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Active, unrestricted, non-probationary state NP license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience practicing in the applicant's specialty or area of clinical interest.
• Experience in an outpatient or primary care setting.
• Experience working within a value-based healthcare model.
• Understanding of HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
• Experience working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Strong communication and patient-education skills.
• Passion for teamwork, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
