Saban Community Clinic in Los Angeles is seeking a Physician or Nurse Practitioner eligible for the 103 license and interested in eventually obtaining the 104 license to provide primary care for adult and geriatric patients. The position requires a valid CA license, a current DEA, and BLS certification, with a collaborative, patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California medical license with no disciplinary actions.
• Current DEA license and BLS certification.
• Experience in adult ambulatory care and geriatrics preferred.
• Ability to perform clinical duties within established guidelines.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to Clinic patients including physical examinations.
• Order and interpret labs, x-ray and other tests.
• Determine and implement treatment plans and monitor outcomes.
• Educate patients on health, nutrition, and medications.
• Collaborate with staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and clinic programs.
