Care Partners in Los Angeles, CA is hiring a full-time Physician for a low-panel, work‑life balanced role with no nights, weekends, or holidays except minimal, phone-based on-call. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM at Crenshaw location, relocation assistance available.

You will provide comprehensive care to Greater California PACE participants, with duties spanning evaluation, treatment planning, prescriptions, EMR documentation, and participation in interdisciplinary care.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree from a US medical school.
• Current California medical license and active DEA registration.
• Board eligibility or board certification; if eligible, certification required within 2 years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive care to Greater California PACE participants.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients; write prescriptions and document in EMR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team care planning and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor staff, ensure adherence to policies and employment laws.
