Northwell Health is seeking a full‑time Primary Care Physician to join a brand‑new location in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford, CT. The practice will offer one‑stop care across primary care, rheumatology, endocrinology, pulmonary and cardiology.

• MD or DO with CT license and DEA registration.
