We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our team in Hiram, GA. The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in an outpatient setting. The position requires a Florida license and the ability to work well with a diverse population.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree and valid GA State medical license.
