Summit Health Management is looking for Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our team in Southington, Connecticut. Ideal candidates will work Monday through Friday with a shared call, and there's an option for a four-day workweek. We provide excellent vacation time and benefits to support our caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
