Inova Primary Care is building a pipeline of talented physicians to join our growing team across Northern Virginia. We offer Part-Time, Full-Time, and PRN opportunities at over 40 primary care locations in Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Alexandria City areas.

Inova is physician-led and integrated, leveraging Epic/MyChart for streamlined care; we also provide a robust benefits package and strong focus on work-life balance with flexible schedules and remote/hybrid options.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Prior clinical experience in primary care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at start.
• Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain.
• Credentialing for CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor enrollment.
• Successful completion of Medical Staff credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and effective care to ambulatory patients.
• Demonstrates teamwork and coordination of care with other clinical disciplines.
• Uses evidence-based standards and protocols to guide patient care.
• Exhibits professionalism and pursues ongoing professional development.
