You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, utilize electronic health records, and develop personalized care plans to improve health outcomes for a diverse patient population in a supportive, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
• Arizona medical license in good standing and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services.
• Conduct routine exams, health screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and coordinate with specialists.
• Maintain accurate EHR-based patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
