Job summary

CareMore Provider Leasing, PLLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician for outpatient primary care with full clinical autonomy and a collaborative team.

Join our team to manage acute and chronic conditions, contribute to population health, and participate in value-based care initiatives. Expect a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with strong support from care managers, pharmacists, and APPs.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active unrestricted medical license in the United States.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• DEA and BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, value-based care and population health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with APPs and interdisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Engage in population health improvement and value-based care initiatives.
• Maintain clinical autonomy with strong operational support.

What You Need

• MD or DO, active unrestricted state medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, DEA and BLS certification (ACLS preferred), plus experience in primary care, chronic disease management, value-based care, and population health.

Compensation Range: $211,369.00 to $317,053.00
