Job summary

VHPA / Las Vegas Physician Alliance in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for outpatient primary care. You will work with a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality patient care within a nationally recognized system.

Compensation starts at $250,000+ in the first year plus incentives, with generous PTO, dedicated CME days and reimbursement, and annual license/dues reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license.
• Interest or experience in quality improvement and office-based procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adults.
• Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams.

• Support / Care Team: 1:1 MA Support, APP, and MD/DO Team

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population
