Curative in Tucson, AZ seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide thoughtful outpatient care in a value-based model focused on Hispanic seniors. Most visits are in Spanish and you will join a broad care team to deliver high-quality care.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with built-in clinical support including a MA, a scribe, and RN involvement for high-risk patients.

Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Tucson, AZ

If you are looking for a primary care role with time to practice thoughtfully, this Tucson opportunity offers longer visit times and a manageable daily volume. You will join a value-based care model focused on caring for Hispanic seniors, with most visits conducted in Spanish. The clinic is supported by a broad care team so you can focus on high-quality outpatient medicine.

What We Offer You

• Predictable outpatient schedule: Clinic runs Monday through Friday, 8:0a to 5:0p.
• Reasonable patient volume and visit lengths: Average 7 to 16 patients per day, with 60-minute new visits and 30-minute established visits.
• Shared, supported call: Call is 1:6 across Tucson providers with nurse triage.
• Built-in clinical support: You will have 1 MA and 1 scribe, plus an RN who helps manage high-risk and hospitalized patients.
• Compensation and benefits: Very Competitive base salary plus quality bonus; malpractice with tail, medical benefits, and 401(k) with match.
