Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school (MD or DO) required.
• Licensed to practice as a Primary Care Physician in the practicing state.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred unless contract requires otherwise.
• CPR and health certificate as applicable.
• 1 year of experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services within the physician's licensed scope.
• Perform routine examinations, diagnostic testing, assessments and screenings.
• Prescribe treatments and educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with advanced practitioners as per state/facility requirements.
