Primary Responsibilities

• Manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team
• Treat chronic diseases and disorders
• Review patient files, including allergies, problems, medications, immunizations
• Record medical history information
• Order or perform tests, analyses, and diagnostic imaging
• Analyze reports and diagnose patient conditions

Salary Range (NY Residents Only):

$229,500 to $378,000 annually, based on experience and achievement. Compensation includes base salary, bonuses, and benefits, aligned with local market standards.
