Job summary

UPMC Northwest seeks a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join established community practices with access to the full UPMC specialty network.

These are outpatient-based roles with strong patient demand and a supportive environment, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth. Residents welcome and residency stipends available.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine completed.
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• PA medical license and credentialing ability required, including DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adults in Northwest Primary Care and Franklin Community Medicine.
• Collaborate with APPs and other physicians to deliver team-based care.
• Deliver high-quality preventive and chronic care management in a busy, community-based setting.
• Participate in on-call coverage and clinical governance as part of the UPMC Northwest network.

Education

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program completion
