Job summary

UPMC Northwest is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician to join established community practices in Franklin, PA, with access to the full UPMC specialty network and a large patient panel.

This outpatient-only role emphasizes team-based care, with residency stipends, sign-on bonuses, loan repayment programs, relocation assistance, and a supportive environment designed for career-long growth within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program completion.
• American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and credentials.
• DEA certification.

National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program

• Eligibility: Licensed primary care providers in eligible HPSAs.

• Bonus: $5,000 enhancement for Spanish-language proficiency (up to $80,000 full-time for primary care).
