Job summary

Medical on Demand Staffing LLC in Broken Arrow, OK, seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a 100% outpatient, value-based care practice in the Tulsa area. The daily patient load is 12–16, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will join a physician-led team focused on quality outcomes and Medicare Advantage populations, supported by modern EMR (eClinicalWorks) and comprehensive benefits, with a guaranteed base salary plus an annual quality bonus.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Interest in geriatrics, managed care, or value-based care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide 12–16 patient/day outpatient care with focus on quality outcomes.
• participate in value-based care and Medicare Advantage programs.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR in daily clinical operations.

$240,000 – $300,000 Guaranteed Base + Quality Bonuses
