Curative Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team. We provide both in-person and virtual visits for our members with a special focus on giving care to people who have not had regular access to primary care.

This unique opportunity offers a flexible schedule: In-office patient care for 3 days/week (downtown Austin) and virtual visits via telemedicine from home 2 days/week. We are a patient-centered practice focused on providing comprehensive primary care services to adults aged 18 and over in a supportive and pleasant work environment.

In this role, you will be a key member of our clinical team, responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult health conditions. Your expertise in telemedicine will be crucial in delivering high-quality, convenient care to our patients. This role includes supervision and collaboration with our Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs) colleagues in primary care as needed. We are committed to fostering a collegial atmosphere where our providers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients (ages 18+) in both an outpatient clinic setting and through a secure telemedicine platform.
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations, including reviewing medical histories, performing physicals, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Utilize your experience in telemedicine to conduct virtual patient visits, ensuring a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records for all patients.
  • Supervise and collaborate with APPs as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services and programs.
  • Contribute to the development of a collegial and collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of Primary Care experience and direct patient care.
  • Must hold an active and unencumbered license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
  • Proven experience in providing patient care via telemedicine platforms.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to creating a positive work environment.
  • Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required

We Offer

  • A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • A flexible hybrid schedule.
  • A modern and well-equipped office environment.
  • A supportive and friendly team of medical professionals.
  • Opportunities for professional development.

If you are a compassionate and skilled physician looking to join a practice that values both its patients and its providers, we encourage you to apply.
