About Us
Greenbrook Medical is on a mission to build the best senior-focused primary care group in the nation. We provide our patients with a high-touch, personalized primary care experience built on a central pillar of trust between a patient and their physician. We deliver this care out of 3 locations today, but with our new joint venture with Tampa General hospital, we plan to proliferate our model across Tampa Bay. Come join our entrepreneurial, passionate, physician-led team.
About the Role
Primary Care Physicians provide daily care to patient panels capped at approximately 500 patients. This model emphasizes work-life balance while delivering a concierge-like experience for patients. With a panel size limited to 500, physicians typically see around 12 patients per full day, allowing 30 to 45 minutes per visit to address each patient's needs thoroughly.
Patient appointments are generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., leaving additional time for urgent patient needs and administrative tasks. Administrative burdens are significantly reduced thanks to a dedicated team of coders who handle pre-charting and post-visit reviews, streamlining clinical documentation. Medical assistants manage administrative and care coordination tasks, enabling physicians to focus entirely on patient care and providing an exceptional experience.

We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
