Bookmark Medical in Foxboro, MA is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our established team. This full‑time role (30 hours or more) offers a transparent, value‑based compensation model with a base salary range of $220,000 to $375,000 annually plus incentives.

You will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, conduct exams, develop treatment plans, promote prevention, and coordinate with specialists.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician is preferred.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine is preferred.
• Active Massachusetts Medical License is preferred.
• Comfortable using new technology and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
