Bookmark Medical is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our Foxboro, MA practice. Join a collaborative team delivering patient-centered care across all ages with support from advanced technologies and a values-based compensation model.

We offer a transparent base salary range of $220,000 to $375,000 plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and generous time off. Qualified candidates will have an active MA license and welcome modern workflow tools.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Medical License required.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine preferred.
• 1 year of Internal or Family Medicine experience preferred.
• Comfortable using new technology and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Promote health education and disease prevention.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care.
