Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for 18-22 patients daily, with visits ranging from 15 to 30 minutes.
• Focus on Internal Medicine or Family Medicine populations.
• Join a collegial, close-knit primary care clinic that includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine with Obstetrics.
• Enjoy work-life balance with flexible shifts; full-time is a 4-day work week.
• Collaborate with ancillary teams including Social Work, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy.
• Utilize onsite services including 14 specialties, full lab, and imaging.
• Participate in light, shared call duties with triage RN support.

Qualifications

• Open to both BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians.
• Unrestricted WA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and performance metrics. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions.
