Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent education.
• American BE or BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds
• Ability to obtain Indiana medical licensure

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care in a full-time practice.

• Care for patients of all ages in a collaborative team-based setting.
