Job summary

CHS Recruiting in Westfield, NJ seeks a Physician - Internal or Family Medicine for a full-time, 40-hour week with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. You will deliver comprehensive primary care, from preventive advice to chronic disease management, in a patient-centered network.

Requirements include NJ medical license, DEA, and Board Certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine. Base salary ranges from $220,000 to $350,000 with a productivity bonus and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• NJ medical license is required.
• DEA registration required.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Experience in primary care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary care including preventive services.
• Perform history taking, physical exams, and diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Prescribe medications and develop disease management plans.
• Document patient encounters using the EHR (AthenaHealth).
