Job summary

CHS Recruiting in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Physician for Internal or Family Medicine. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays, supporting a patient-centered healthcare network.

The physician will deliver full-scope primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and coordination of care, supported by trained clinical staff and AthenaHealth EHR.

Qualifications

• New Jersey medical license.
• DEA license.
• Board Certified / Eligible, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Review patient histories.
• Perform physical examinations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatments.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Review test results and recommend management.
• Prescribe medications.
• Formulate disease management plans.
• Communicate with clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
