Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking board-certified/board-eligible physicians to join an established outpatient adult medicine practice in Needham, MA. The role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and opportunities for meaningful patient relationships in a community-based setting.

Located near Newton-Wellesley Hospital with access to a broad referral network, the position provides full-time and part-time options, competitive base pay with earning upside, sign-on and retention

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Experience in outpatient adult medicine settings preferred.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adults.
• Collaborate with specialists, APPs, and nursing staff to coordinate care.
• Build long-term patient relationships in a community-based practice.
• Participate in after-hours and on-call coverage as needed.
