Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible internist, family physician, or med-peds physician to join our Needham, MA outpatient adult medicine practice. The role offers a flexible schedule with no nights or weekend call and strong clinical support.

Experience with Epic EMR and AI-enabled documentation tools is beneficial. We provide a competitive base salary with incentives, sign-on/retention bonuses, PSLF eligibility, and comprehensive benefits; multiple work models

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds.
• Join an established adult medicine practice in Needham, MA with flexible scheduling and no nights or weekend call.
• Experience with Epic EMR and access to AI-enabled documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to adults in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a close-knit clinical team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients in the Needham community.
