AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Florida. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and a sustainable work-life balance to care for patients across the lifespan.

The practice emphasizes preventive and comprehensive care with a team-based approach, flexible scheduling (4- or 5-day weeks), and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine; board-eligible candidates will be considered if certification can be obtained before hire.
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C).
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before hire.
• DEA license or ability to obtain before hire.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health.
• Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
