Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or D.C.
• Residency completed in an accredited core specialty
• Board certification or board-eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
