One Medical, a leading primary care provider, is seeking a clinician to join our full-time team in Washington, DC at the Metro Center location. You will manage a patient panel, perform in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in weekly clinical rounds.

Candidates must complete an Internal or Family Medicine residency, be board certified or eligible, and hold DC license. We offer comprehensive benefits and a base salary range of $253,200 to $302,700 plus opportunities for additional pay.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care for at least 2 of the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year.
• State license in Washington, DC, obtained before start date.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues and pursuing licensure in additional states

What you'll be working on

• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
• State licensed in Washington, DC, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in Washington, DC located right at the Metro Center. You don't even have to go outside from the train station to get inside the office!

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $253,200 to $302,700 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
